1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb98 ("bb98", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bb98 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all related gaming, wagering, and payment services.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

bb98 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing bank.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank withdrawals typically complete within 1–6 hours, subject to banking hours.
• bb98 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation – including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method – before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays or the return of funds.
• Funds deposited into your bb98 account must be your own money. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• bb98 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside bb98's control.

bb98 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits or withdrawals that it deems unusual in volume, frequency, or source, including checks for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bb98 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or betting market, as published within the platform at the time the bet or wager is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where bb98 expressly provides a cash-out or edit function for a specific market.
• bb98 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or where odds were published in error.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

10 Limitation of Liability

bb98's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your bb98 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bb98 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your nominated payment method within a reasonable period.

bb98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and retain the balance thereof where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to bb98.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law as relevant to the jurisdiction in which bb98 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with bb98's dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from our support team.
